This website is a public information page about The Body Engineer's coaching services. It describes what we do, where we operate, and how to get in touch. It is not, by itself, a contract for coaching services. Any coaching engagement is a separate agreement entered into between you and The Body Engineer in writing or via a booking confirmation.

3. Health and fitness disclaimer

The information on this site is general in nature and is not medical advice. Before starting any exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition or have not been active recently, consult a qualified medical professional. Exercise carries inherent risks. The Body Engineer is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss that results from following general information on this website without the supervision of a qualified coach.

Any individual coaching you receive from us is governed by a separate coaching agreement that will explain risks, your responsibilities, and our duty of care to you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to break, probe, or stress-test the site or its hosting infrastructure
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) in a way that interferes with the site's operation
